I'm Marius Schäffer, a software engineer focused on artificial intelligence. I build AI systems that work beyond the demo video, in daily operations: reliably, transparently and measurably.

That comes down to the engineering behind it: LLM agents with tool integration & RAG, context engineering and evaluation. What the model sees, and when, decides the quality of the result. That is what I work on, from architecture to production operations.

My aim is not the fastest demo but the best solution: AI that genuinely takes a process over instead of merely assisting with it. In the end software is a tool that helps people reach their goals, a perspective sharpened by my background in individual psychology and coaching.

I'm Jonas Schäffer and my background is ecommerce. With JX Commerce I scale online stores and dropshipping brands operating outside the EU: in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the Middle East.

More than $7M in managed ad spend and 60+ stores scaled across paid advertising, conversion rate optimization, creative, store building and product research. That daily operation is our proving ground: I see first-hand which steps actually cost time, and where AI has real leverage instead of just looking clever.

At SX Solutions I am the counterweight to the engineering. Every AI feature has to prove itself against a real number: live faster, convert better, less manual work. Anything that fails that test does not ship.
